Ruwat Bumi Guci 2025 is an annual tradition held on July 1–2, 2025, in the Guci tourist area of ??Tegal Regency. The ritual begins with istighosah (prayer offerings), the slaughter of a kendit goat, a cultural procession, an arts performance, and a scramble for a mountain of agricultural produce. This event not only reflects gratitude for the bounty of nature and cultural heritage, but also strengthens community unity and a commitment to environmental protection and supporting the local economy through cultural tourism.
