BASECAMP PERMADI GUCI

Basecamp Permadi Guci is the official starting point for climbing Mount Slamet (3,428 MASL) via the Guci route. Besides serving as the registration and information center for hikers, this basecamp also provides a campground and other supporting facilities.
From this basecamp, hikers will pass through several checkpoints (pos) before reaching the summit, with the following estimated times:

Pos 1 – Pos 5: 491 minutes

Total climbing time: approx. 10 hours
To ease the journey, an official Hiking Ojek Service (JOP) is also available with the following fares:

In addition to climbing activities, the surrounding area is also perfect for nature tourism, enjoying the fresh pine forest atmosphere, and relaxing before or after visiting the famous Guci hot spring resort nearby.
